Our Team

The team behind Kachere Progressive Women’s Group is a powerful collective of passionate, community-rooted individuals who bring lived experience, deep empathy, and unwavering commitment to the fight for gender justice. As feminists and grassroots change-makers, we work hand in hand with rural, semi-literate, and illiterate women and girls across Malawi to challenge inequality, promote human rights, and create safe, empowered spaces for all. Our strength comes from our unity, our shared purpose, and our belief that lasting change begins with the women most affected by injustice leading the way forward.
